SUMMARY:
The Production Associate is tasked with following all production processes to meet or exceed quality safety productivity and cost standards. The position will be part of an innovative team that is properly trained to meet the changing requirements of the operation.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math skills
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to understand instructions written oral or diagram form. Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
