Job Description

We work with collision repair shops custom coaters and commercial/ industrial refinishers of all sizes ranging from local independent garages to regional and global multilocation businesses.

Regional Sales Manager will report to Automotive Refinish Director Iberia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute segment strategy as defined by the Market Country Director and EHQ functions.
  • Oversee sales segment responsibilities at the country/subcountry level.
  • Govern country sales pipeline management and secure new wins.
  • Develop highlevel industry relationships to support new wins alongside Business Development Managers.
  • Achieve segment goals and balance sales through both direct and indirect channels where relevant.
  • Manage fieldbased commercial and technical resources as a cohesive team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Significant experience in a matrix organization with a strong understanding of distribution.
  • Experience in the automotive product and services aftersales market; experience in automotive coating and painting aftersales market is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports (New Business Managers and Technical Account Managers) make informed decisions and manage resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong sales and business development skills including the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customeroriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand and address specific customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and convincingly negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
