Work Environment

What to Expect
The Director Customer and Vehicle Lifecycle Management is responsible for driving brand and captive loyalty among Hyundai Kia and Genesis consumers while maximizing vehicle value across various lifecycles. This role involves leading strategy and planning with a particular focus on electric vehicle initiatives aimed at improving sales efficiency and achieving other enterprise goals. In addition this position will proactively engage and collaborate with business leaders at HCA global headquarters and local OEMs to ensure buyin for strategies and effective .
What You Will Do
1. Develop customer and vehicle lifecycle process and programs resulting in higher client retention & loyalty increased opportunities to monetize the assets beyond traditional programs drive higher asset residual valuation and maximize profitability. Facilitate discussions to achieve stakeholder and executive alignment on product program and servicelevel approach throughout vehicle lifecycle.
2. Develop and execute datadriven strategies utilizing advanced analytics across various functions to enhance brand and customer loyalty.
3. Lead key Marketing initiatives to drive Captive Value to OEMs. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align loyalty initiatives with business goals.
4. Complete adhoc assignments presentations and reporting as requested by management and/or executives and perform all other duties as assigned.
5. Lead mentor and develop team members by providing direction performance feedback and support to ensure effective collaboration professional growth and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
