Servicetechniker Innendienst (w/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct service technicians during commissioning and service work including both our own employees and technicians from our international partner companies.
- Analyze malfunctions and determine technical solutions.
- Prepare offers for emergency assignments repairs and maintenance.
- Document maintenance work and ensure timely and goaloriented of assignments.
- Perform technical calculations for system components and refrigeration products (e.g. refrigeration machines cooling towers accessories).
- Ensure compliance with standards regulations and quality guidelines.
- Acquire orders within the service area.
