Job Description
- Possess thorough knowledge of Perficuts Best Practices leading and performing by its standards
- Coordinate all materials equipment and crew members to produce highquality work
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and account managers to ensure needs are met
- Ensure established policies regulations and procedures are followed to provide a safe and efficient working environment
- Estimate manage and monitor project budgets effectively
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Communicate professionally with team members account managers and clients
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- 3 years of management experience in landscape construction or related field
- 2 or 4year degree in Landscape Construction Horticulture or related field preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Capacity to make critical judgments solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
- Experience managing a departmental budget and job costing
- Ability to motivate mentor and develop a highperforming team
