As a Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset and Wealth Management youlead multiple teams and manage daytoday implementation activities by identifying and escalating issues and ensuring your teams work adheres to compliance standards business requirements and tactical best practices.
Job responsibilities
- Apply of PreTrade rules.
- Apply Pricing closing and booking sequences.
- Apply Murex Accounting rules static accounts scripts. Static data set up (counterparty portfolio etc).
- Analyze various logs and understanding of Murex services. Knowledge of MX open connect is an advantage.
- Provide End of day support. Proficiency in SQL Unix.
- Use Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Work with flexibility in a culture based on trust.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years applied experience
- Handson practical experience in system design application development testing and operational stability.
- Proficient in coding in XSLT on Murex.
- Has InDepth knowledge of Murex MxMLExchange Data dictionary Formulae Tasks Templates.
- Has InDepth knowledge of Datamart module dynamic tables feeders. Extractions processing scripts.
- Access rights STP rights OSP management Global Operating Model set up.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security.
- Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with Derivatives business
- Exposure to stakeholders management
