Job Summary:
Performs all aspects of perinatal ultrasound. Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams for subsequent interpretation by perinatologist and for procedures requiring ultrasound aid. Demonstrates service excellence in all interactions and EHMC employees throughout the Medical Center will use behaviors and interpersonal communication styles that are appropriate for a hospital environment and demonstrate courtesy dignity and respect. G.R.E.A.T will be used for all patient interactions to enhance the patient experience.

Shift: 8 hourDay
Hours:9am 5pm (MonThur) and 8am 4pm (Fri)
Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Minimum two yearsof experience in maternal & fetal medicine (Hi Risk OB) and/or a minimum of two years of experience in OB scanning
- Knowledge of medical terminology basic anatomy and physiology
- Works well with other members of the team in a cooperative and professional manner.
Education Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
- One year training in diagnostic ultrasound in a program approved by ARDMS
Licensure Registrations and Certifications:
- RDMS required.
