Are you looking for an internship opportunity to learn develop and expand your competencies for the assessment and treatment of children with serious emotional and mental health diagnosis that require additional community support to help them meet their needs and achieve their goals COMHARs IBHS Childrens Program may be for you!

COMHARs IBHS Childrens Program supports children to receive intensive services in the home school or community in order to help them reduce or replace problem behaviors with more positive socially appropriate behaviors.

Interns best suited to the program are those who are flexible creative selfdriven and eager to learn and practice. They strive to integrate classroom and realworld learning into their internship work and are unafraid to consider new ideas. They are compassionate and recognize that the individuals served have a broad range of lived experiences that may be influenced by trauma oppression and injustice.
