- Manage all aspects of support including end user training troubleshooting and follow through on escalation of issues.
- Resolves system issues either proactively based on data or reactively based on client trouble identifying.
- Collaborates on problem solving in both installation standards and provides challenges and successes during weekly Team meetings allowing for participation in improving the company and having your voice heard.
- 23 years AV / Networking / Technology Integration Experience
- Control4 Certified
- Networking knowledge
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Ability to physically perform essential functions of the position Lifting bending
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a national background check for Alarm Agent requirements Live Scan
