A Crypto wallet security infrastructure provider are looking for a Principa Solutions Engineer (Permanent role Remote).
They develop the most secure walletasaservice infrastructure in Web3 : an APIfirst wallet management system ideal for applications and organizations seeking to provide secure access to all blockchains through a single integration). APIs and SDKs were designed for wallet programmability and efficient implementations enabling fast deployments smart automation flows as well as granular sets of permissions and policies via secure authentication credentials. They are on the way to become the leading wallet infrastructure for the multitrilliondollar digital asset industry.
The company is SOC2 certified employs 30 people across 6 countries and has raised over $20M since creation with prestigious investors. Their solution is used and trusted by major international corporations.
As a Principal Solutions Engineer you will combine technical expertise with sales skills to design deliver and present tailored solutions for fintechs and financial institutions. You ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements ensure successful integrations and enhance technical documentation to industryleading standards. With a deep understanding of blockchain wallet functionality and underlying technical foundations you will provide solutions addressing client needs and guiding technical experts from engineers to CTOs.
MISSIONS
- Lead client onboarding to ensure seamless solution adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues via chat or calls.
- Collaborate with clients to deploy tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals for potential clients both in writing and on calls.
- Offer postimplementation support and suggest enhancements.
- Gather client feedback to improve products and API documentation.
- Analyze competitors to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Work with sales teams to plan and close strategic deals.
- Oversee technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs.
- Prepare presales reports by analyzing trends and sales data.
- Log client feedback to develop focused sales strategies.
- Estimate project costs by reviewing client documents and consulting with the team.
- Train and equip the sales team with support materials.
- Use tools and technologies to boost productivity and enhance customer support.
- Support sales and marketing by attending conferences workshops and events.
Profil
6 years as a Solutions Engineer ForwardDeployed Engineer or similar role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
Proficient in TypeScript (or similar programming languages).
Experienced in implementing and configuring APIs (RESTful GraphQL).
Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing performance bottlenecks.
Familiar with backend microservices serverless architecture and distributed services.
Handson experience with AWS services (e.g. Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3 CloudFormation CloudWatch).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to advocate for ideas.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to nontechnical people.
Strong business acumen and ability to build longterm relationships with clients.
Exceptional documentation abilities for creating technical guides and proposals.
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and product demos.
Focus on client requirements ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Team player who works well with different teams (e.g. sales product engineering).
Willingness to travel and continuously learn in sales and engineering fields.
Knowledge of the crypto custody industry and its use cases is a big plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
Fluency in multiple languages is also a plus.

- Contract : Permanent role (Hybrid remote) in Paris (France) or other EU countries
- Remote first company : flexibility to work fully remotely or at an office location of your preference within the European Union.
