Sales Performance and amp; Metrics:
Monitor and evaluate sales performance against goals providing timely reports and recommendations for improvements.
Implement sales training and development programs to ensure the team is continuously improving.
Manage the sales budget and resources effectively to optimize profitability.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
