This role involves bringing in corporate clients and working with large employers to find housing for their employees. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and a creative approach to identifying opportunities to fill the property.
Responsibilities Include:
Corporate Leasing & Relationship Building:
Identify and secure corporate clients including large employers looking to provide housing for their employees.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR departments relocation companies and corporate clients.
Sales & Opportunity Generation:
Leverage creative strategies to identify and pursue new leasing opportunities.
Market properties to corporate clients focusing on longterm leases and group housing arrangements.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate terms and pricing with corporate clients to secure leases.
Close deals by effectively addressing client needs and offering tailored housing solutions.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Analyze the market and competitive properties to ensure leasing strategies are effective.
Collaborate with property managers and the sales team to create attractive leasing packages.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven sales experience ideally in leasing or real estate.
Creative and resourceful in identifying new leasing opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with corporate clients.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and negotiate deals effectively.
Previous experience in corporate or commercial leasing is a plus.
