Job Description
Required Coordinator for our oldage home Udaan Foundation
Only Male candidate can apply
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the premises clean and wellmaintained.
Perform minor repairs (plumbing electrical carpentry).
Ensure security by locking/unlocking doors and monitoring the area.
Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces.
Coordinate with vendors for major repairs.
Respond to emergencies like power failures or leaks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance or caretaking.
Basic repair skills (plumbing electrical carpentry).
Physically fit for lifting and moving items.
Good problemsolving and communication skills.
Willing to work flexible hours if needed.
Field work
Experience : 1 to 2 years
Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate
