Hospital Director Mental Health Service
Salary: Up to 60000 per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospital Director to lead a specialist rehabilitation service dedicated to supporting patients with mental health conditions. This is a unique opportunity for a nursequalified professional or a healthcare leader with a strong clinical background in mental health services.
As the Hospital Director you will provide strategic and operational leadership ensuring the highest standards of care while driving service development and growth. You will oversee clinical and business functions creating an environment where both patients and staff thrive.

- A nursequalified or healthcare professional with a clinical background in mental health services.
- Proven senior leadership experience within a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of service development financial management and business growth.
- Working knowledge of both the NHS and private healthcare sector.
