About You
Join our dynamic team at Fury Stillwater a premier dealership in Minnesota specializing in Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing topquality automotive solutions to our customers. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in assisting customers through their carbuying journey providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Primary Accountabilities
The daytoday duties of this role include:
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership showroom or sales lot
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers
- Conduct test drives and highlight key features and benefits of different models
- Explains product performance application benefits and all optional equipment available
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Provide accurate information on pricing financing options and dealership promotions
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete sales transactions
- After vehicle purchase introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service maintenance available
- Attends sales meetings sales training and product training as requested
- Stay updated on product knowledge industry trends and competitor offerings
- Keeps abreast of new products features accessories etc. and their benefits to customers
- Is present when vehicles are delivered to customers ensuring the customer understands the vehicles operating features warranty and paperwork
- Follows up on all postdelivery items tag/title work special requests etc. to ensure that all customer expectations are met
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Encourage repeat and referral business
Sales Associate Qualifications
- Energetic positive selfstarter with excellent customer service skills and a cando mentality
- Previous sales experience preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets
- Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
