What Youll Do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your day will be varied dynamic and people-focused. Youll learn how to:
- Build and manage relationships with both clients and candidates
- Sell and pitch exciting job opportunities to top-tier talent
- Open up new and build on existing client relationships (Business Development and Account Management)
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Develop a personal brand and become a recognised voice in your specialist market
- Hone your skills in sales communication marketing and leadership

What Youll Bring
- Some proven experience in direct sales either face-to-face or over the phone for a minimum of 3 months outside of formal education.
