Your Role
You support the People Operations team in daytoday HR operations and act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HRrelated topics
You contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and take ownership of your own projects
You create and manage national and international employment contracts certificates and official documents
You maintain and develop our HR systems and ensure high data quality
You independently manage communication with external service providers authorities and consultants both domestically and internationally
What You Bring to the Table
You hold a degree in Business Administration Psychology Social Sciences or a comparable qualification with an HR focus
You have initial handson experience in Human Resourcesideally through an internship working student position or your first permanent role
You have a solid understanding of HR processes and a strong interest in both operational and strategic HR topics
You work in a structured and solutionoriented way and are eager to take on responsibility
Youre a strong communicator a team player and bring a handson mentality
You speak fluent Spanish and very good English (any additional language is a plus)
