We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute innovative digital marketing strategies. This role is essential for driving customer acquisition engagement and retention through paid media channels ensuring alignment with our business growth goals. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing efforts across Google Ads Facebook Instagram YouTube and other paid media platforms.
- Develop and execute fullfunnel strategies to optimize customer acquisition engagement and retention.
- Strategize with founders and marketing executives to identify new opportunities for scaling ad spend and business outcomes.
- Build manage and mentor a highperforming performance marketing team.
- Oversee team management tasks including client allocation team training and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance data audience behavior and market trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop highimpact ad creatives landing pages and content that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign metrics such as CPC CPA ROAS and CLV to maximize profitability.
- Manage largescale campaign planning and optimization to meet performance objectives.
- Handle client relationship management and consulting providing expertise for eCommerce brands.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports budgets and growth insights to stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 4 years in performance marketing (agency background preferred) with at least 1 years of teamleading experience.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven expertise in managing largescale digital marketing campaigns with budgets exceeding 2 Crore.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce website funnels and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on ROI optimization.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
- Proven ability to build mentor and manage performanceoriented teams.
- Uptodate with the latest trends in digital advertising and customer acquisition strategies.
