Scopely is looking for a Senior Content Producer to join our Global Corporate Brand and Communications team on a hybrid basis in our Culver City hub!

As a Senior Content Producer you will drive develop and manage strategic and innovative original video content efforts for the Scopely brand/business our executives/employees our products/games and our players. Content will be showcased both on internal and external channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in crafting creative narratives that convey brand purpose and differentiation. You should have a passion for storytelling strong attention to detail willingness to execute the ability to lead through influence and thrive in a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial organisation and a strong point of view on communication strategy.
What You Will Do
- Create a vision/strategy/continuous ideas for a constant drumbeat of original creative content featuring our executives employees games and/or players ensuring that the visual and thematic style is consistent across all projects and campaigns.
- Oversee the entire creative process for each piece of content from conception to feedback and ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget are worldclass and deliver deep connection (emotional excitement etc) to the content.
- Mine for stories by partnering with teams across Scopely to keep up with whats happening across the business and within games and brainstorm ideas in concert with the rest of the communications team.
- Research and produce the right content for the right audiences (players employees industry etc) ensuring a deep understanding of the different audiences were aiming to reach.
- Effectively communicate and inspire creative vendors and internal teams through a strong understanding of brand development and multichannel brand marketing.
- Make it work. Sometimes theres budget sometimes there isnt. Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to storyboard script write and even selfshoot and/or edit content oneself (not extensively) with the idea that it is all hands on deck to create content.
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of creative content experience knowledge of the video game media entertainment and/or consumer tech space
- An understanding of tech and entertainment trends cultural trends games fan a plus.
- An exceptional producer gives great feedback and edits to create inspiring content
- Intellectual curiosity to learn the business evolving industry and new ways of communicating
- Highly proactive Innovative and nimble
- Deep sense of accountability and responsibility for executing in an ambiguous environment; ability to multitask and stay on top of multiple projects at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including editing and copywriting preferably experience scripting executives
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels direct experience working with a range of executive levels
- Excellent collaborator who can gain consensus and execute solutiondriven results; this work requires deep collaboration with a significant number of functions and leaders across the company
- Passion for creating great experiences and creating/pitching new ideas to the team
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced actionoriented entrepreneurial environment while being an empathetic leader
- Strong strategic thinking graceful communicator proactive and an innovative problem solver with a big picture mentality

In addition to base pay employees may be eligible for equity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits retirement benefits pet insurance paid holidays paid Scopely free days and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
