Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with universities colleges and other educational institutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners addressing concerns and queries promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and educational trends to provide personalized solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research networking and proactive outreach.
- Promote Prosper Overseas services to educational institutions ensuring effective partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Client Support & Account Management:
- Assist institutions and students with onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
- Provide postsales support addressing any concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and service updates in CRM.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
