Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with universities colleges and other educational institutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners addressing concerns and queries promptly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and educational trends to provide personalized solutions.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research networking and proactive outreach.
  • Promote Prosper Overseas services to educational institutions ensuring effective partnerships.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Client Support & Account Management:

  • Assist institutions and students with onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
  • Provide postsales support addressing any concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and service updates in CRM.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
