Job Summary
Provide leadership across our RecordtoReport (RTR) initiatives transformation governance processes and investments. The Global RTR Process team spans multiple functional areas tasked to innovate design develop and implement a bestinclass RTR Finance transactional processing environment for our partners and customers.

Localization
Ensures performance results and actively contributes to strategic planning or the larger function.
Provides IT strategy vision and direction regarding issues that may have HPwide impact.
Provides direction consulting and critical thinking on overall priorities as they relate to the Financial & IT needs of the business.
Key player in partnering with business leaders to understand requirements needs and challenges from a Finance & system standpoint and proposing driving and implementing solutions.
Partner to several significant business areas.
Full management responsibility of a sizeable or complex team or function within IT management.
Education & Experience Recommended
Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence with Financial applications.
Typically has 15 years of jobrelated and/or management experience preferably in IT/Finance supervisory or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $183650 to $275450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
