Job Purpose:
As an HR Manager you will be pivotal in managing human resources functions across multiple industries including Coal Yarn and Textile Solar and Logistics. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing recruitment induction employee records policy enforcement attendance management legal compliance and employee engagement. Youll also be involved in administrative activities such as expense management payroll processing travel reimbursement employee motivation rewards recognition and disciplinary actions.
Job Duties:
- Recruitment: Experience in recruitment leading workforce acquisition efforts across various departments coordinating with recruitment teams and negotiating salaries.
- Induction and Orientation: Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees by implementing training processes and policies.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and documentation.
- Policy and Procedure: Enforce HR policies and procedures ensuring organisational compliance.
- Attendance: Oversee attendance management and reporting. Legal Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Grievances Handling: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Budget Planning: Contribute to HR budget planning and management. Employee Engagement Activities: Organize and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage expense reporting payroll travel reimbursement and other administrative functions.
- Motivation Reward and Recognition: Implement programs to motivate and reward employees for their contributions. Incentive and Disciplinary Actions: Handle incentive programs and disciplinary actions as needed.
Note: In addition to the abovementioned job purpose and duties the HR manager also performs any other work related to the company that the MD or an authorized person has assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR software including attendance and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of employment law and human resources information systems (HRIS).

Education: Masters degree in Human Resources (MBAHR) or a related field. (CHRM certification is beneficial.
Experience: 1015 years of experience in HR management.
