As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be a key technical leader driving the architecture and of complex space systems. You will lead engineering trades ensure system reliability and work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop cuttingedge spacecraft solutions. This role demands deep expertise in systems engineering leadership capabilities and a strong ability to mentor junior engineers while delivering highimpact technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define system architectures and lead systemlevel engineering efforts for spacecraft and space systems.
Develop and manage requirements interface control and verification strategies.
Conduct advanced trade studies risk assessments and performance analyses.
Lead integration test campaigns and mission readiness activities.
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers.
Serve as a strong technical interface for customers and external stakeholders.
Drive system roadmaps feasibility studies and new business initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Lead departmental continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Systems Engineering Aerospace Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
7 years of experience in systems engineering spacecraft development or similar technical leadership roles.
Expertise in modelbased systems engineering and spacecraft system design.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing crossfunctional engineering teams.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Extensive experience with systemlevel troubleshooting and risk assessment.
Effective communicator with the ability to present complex technical solutions to stakeholders.
