Job Description
- Review and process all requests for appointments and licensing submitted by our advisors
- Create update and maintain all agent records
- Followup on pending contracts and appointments with insurance carriers
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding agents questions in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
- Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- PC proficiency ability to work on several platforms at once
- Bachelors degree
- Prior experience working in either the insurance services industry or financial services industry
- Previous customer service experience
