About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Social Worker for our Front Door Community based service: Information Contact and Assessment Service iCAS.
iCASis at the forefront of Adult Social Cares service to Lambeth residents delivering a comprehensive assessment service to vulnerable adults. We are looking for a competent and compassionate social worker who can work at a pace. In order to maximise resources and achieve customer focused outcomes you will need to have excellent communication and planning skills and be committed to partnership working across statutory and third sector organisations.
