Internationally renowned BIX service portfolio includes offerings which cover the full financial value chain from Orderto Cash and PurchasetoPay typically Einvoicing and Supply Chain Messaging services. More than 1000 customers using BIX services include large multinational corporates as well as small enterprises and public organizations. The provider unit of BIX services is Data Platforms having approx. 500 employees in Norway Sweden Finland Czech Republic Latvia Poland and India.
This role will be a part of the team that provides IT services from 1st2nd line customer and technical support till implementation of customers for corporate customers in public bank and business sectors. We offer working experience on an international level in a leading global IT company with Scandinavian values business stability and openness. As well as working normal business hours in office and possibility to work from home. Work requires participation in oncall shifts outside of regular office hours according to oncall shift plan.
You have an academic degree in technology or similar
You are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing living in Sweden.
Fast learner who adapts easily and ability to form efficient communication
Excellent communication problemsolving skills and passion for customer service
Eager to take initiative and can do attitude
Detail oriented personality with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Solid computer skills interest in IT field and relevant work experience is an advantage
Resistance to work under pressure
Knowing basics of XML EDIFACT message syntaxes and handson experience of Unix (Linux) commands
Understanding of the network protocols (SFTP FTP SMTP AS2 MQ used to exchange messages / files in message broker systems checking transmission errors.
Understanding of the ITIL processes from Service Operations area especially Incident Management and Service Request fulfillment.
Experience of ServiceNow usage in incident management and request fulfillment.
Experience in working with Customer support incident handling or trouble shooting.
You join a skilled team of Service Desk specialists and technical consultants where you learn new things with your colleagues
You will provide first line support to customers in Nordics and worldwide via phone ticketing systems and other tools
You will coordinate customer incidents requests and monitor systems and keep related documentation up to date
You will participant in troubleshoot problems and offer solutions by using internal knowledge base
Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues clients IT technicians
Continuously maintain and develop ones workrelated knowledge
