100 FTE40 hours/week.8 or10hourdayshifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM 6:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.
Pay:
- External hires may be eligible for up to a $4000 sign on bonus. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Lymphedema and Oncology (OT) who:
- Enjoys a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach to providing care.
- Is invested in the evaluation and treatment of patients withoncologyand lymphedema conditions in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy Required
Work Experience
- 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
