Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration accounting finance or related field; 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.

What You Will Do:
- Reconcile financial data across multiple systems and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze procurement and financial data using Excel and other reporting tools to generate reports and support decisionmaking.
- Serve as a key liaison collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve procurement and financial issues.
- Review and approve requisitions change orders and pay card transactions in accordance with state policies and agency procedures.
Support staff across divisions and districts on purchasing systems and processes while contributing to ongoing improvements in financial operations.
