Imaging MRI Manager Greater Austin TX
We seek a highly experienced and dedicated MRI Imaging leader to join our team in the Greater Austin area of TX.
Join our:
- Level I Trauma Center and Academic Medical Center
- Highvolume highcomplexity cases
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in MRI imaging and hold appropriate certifications in ARMRIT and ARRTM.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of a highvolume highcomplexity MRI department.
Ensure highquality patient care and efficient workflow streamline processes.
Lead mentor and manage a team of MRI technologists Assistants and LVNs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient scheduling resource utilization and patient turnaround times.
Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of MRI equipment.
Manage department budget including staffing supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on departmental activities and performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in MRI imaging.
Appropriate Certification ARMRIT ARRTM.
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
