Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to help build Daisys HQ national branches and franchise organizations targeting highperforming candidates in hardtofill areas
- Support highvolume recruiting for nonexempt roles in several markets across the country (Field Technicians AV Technicians Alarm Technicians Project Managers and Project Engineers etc.
- Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process
- Create strategies to achieve hiring targets in alignment with headcount obligations
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key crossfunctional stakeholders internally (e.g. Business Field Leaders HR Legal Finance etc.
- Work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action
- Conduct interview training with new managers and provide ongoing coaching of existing managers to ensure interviewing compliance
- Surface opportunities to innovate and improve organizational efficiency continuously
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience ; combination of agency and in house highly preferred
- Must have experience handling a 20 req load in a field based or highvolume environment with multiple hiring managers across different regions
- Well versed in outbound sourcing strategies and techniques for technically focused high volume roles
- Proven experience in successfully managing prioritizing and closing jobs against a tight timeline
- Creative resourceful and out of the box thinker with the ability to source top talent outside of generic job boards
- Ability to run recruiting reports and interpret data for business reviews and to create recruiting strategies in partnership with the business
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ATS (Career Plug or others)
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fastpaced highvolume collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity
- High School Diploma required ; Bachelors Degree preferred
