Job Description

The Growing Systems division of Haygrove has offices in 7 countries and we sell to over 50 different countries around the world. The UK office in Ledbury is the biggest of these. We design and supply field scale commercial poly tunnels and substrate gutters for many of the best growers in the world. We believe passionately in a triple bottom line approach to business. We measure ourselves against people and planet related metrics every month not just profit and believe that all three are important.

With a fully supported Apprenticeship package being offered that will run alongside your job you will be given the time and resources you need to complete the 15 month course to the best of your ability. You will be a motivated self thinker who is confident to take ownership of their work and feed into the wider team to help things succeed! So if youre an enthusiastic self starter who wants to learn and grow within a role we want to support you to do just that!

You will get involved with all aspects of the warehouse teams duties

Quality checking goods in
Processing goods returns
Moving stock around
Purchasing warehouse supplies and assisting with Warehouse administration.

There are opportunities to work as shadow team members to learn all aspects of the job and in time get involved with warehouse projects as they happen.

You will be fully supported by a line manager and mentor who will train and guide you through the systems we use and fully introduce you to the warehouse role. They will also support you through your 15 month Apprenticeship course in Warehouse Operations and enable you to upskill yourself in a variety of ways so that you can grow within the business over time. You will achieve a Warehouse Operations L2 Apprenticeship at the end of the 15 months.
