Atrium Health Floyd Primary Care Family Medicine & Pediatrics Polk provides medical care for all ages. This care includes wellness visitspreventive care disease managementsick visitsand lab work. This office is located adjacent to Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Centerin Cedartown.
