Job Description
Control Room Operator (CRO)
Wage: $21.50/ hour
Join our team as a Control Room Operator (CRO) and take on a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the control room.
- Monitor cameras and promptly report any suspicious or unusual activity.
- Respond to and escalate alarms as necessary.
- Mask and unmask doors as needed.
- Verify ticket status and ensure proper handling.
- Accurately maintain security documentation in line with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of 24x7 security operations and procedures.
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and make sound decisions.
- Skilled in following detailed instructions to determine appropriate actions.
- Capable of leading and motivating others to achieve goals.
- Ability to quickly learn and operate various security and safety systems.
- Maintains a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong focus on customer service and service delivery.
- Ability to interact confidently with individuals from diverse backgrounds and social levels.
- Takes initiative prioritizes tasks and handles multiple responsibilities.
- Adaptable to dynamic environments and organizational changes.
