Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director Manufacturing Solutions

Location: Charlotte NC (and surrounding areas)

Industry: Manufacturing / Technology Services

Employment Type: Fulltime

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director Client Partner to join the team and lead strategic client engagements within the manufacturing sector. This individual will be responsible for managing key client relationships driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions and services.

This is a highimpact role focused on account expansion margin growth and customer satisfaction with a strong emphasis on building longterm client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales growth and profitability for existing clients in and around Charlotte NC.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and decisionmakers.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand service and product offerings across assigned accounts.
  • Work crossfunctionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Promote solutions such as Warranty Management Manufacturing Analytics IoT Salesforce and other enterprise services.
  • Maintain strong engagement and communication with client leadership to uncover opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management business development and sales growth in a technology services environment.
  • Strong background in the Manufacturing domain this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts manage complex client relationships and deliver on strategic goals.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and services such as IoT analytics and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Selfstarter with excellent communication negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Comfortable working in an individual contributor capacity while collaborating extensively with internal delivery and technical teams.
