Dream is looking for a Manager Total Rewards

Dream is looking for a Manager of Total Rewards to join our People Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and administration of our compensation benefits pension and incentive programs. With 8 years of experience in a fastpaced human resources environment youve built deep expertise in the human resources function with a focus on compensation benefits pension and workforce analytics. Youre not afraid to challenge the status quo and explore innovative solutions to drive results. You take a proactive approach leading by example and always considering the bigger picture when implementing new initiatives.

Your ability to provide an exceptional customer experience is evident in your clear confident communicationboth written and verbal. You take ownership of total rewards programs thrive in a teamoriented environment and foster strong relationships across the organization and with our vendor partners.

What will you do

As the Manager of Total Rewards you will play a critical role in shaping and managing Dreams total rewards programs ensuring they are competitive equitable and aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee the design implementation and administration of compensation programs including base pay incentive plans and salary structures.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure our total rewards strategy remains competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Manage benefits programs including vendor relationships renewals and employee communications.
  • Support the annual compensation review process working closely with leadership to ensure fairness and transparency.

Pension & Compliance

  • Lead our company pension committee and manage the necessary vendor relationships associated with the pension program.
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends ensuring compliance with employment laws and tax regulations.

HR & Leadership Support

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide datadriven insights on compensation benefits and total rewards strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all total rewards matters.
  • Drive continuous improvements and automation in compensation and benefits administration.

What type of experience should you have

  • 8 years of experience in HR with a recent focus on total rewards compensation & benefits.
  • Experience leading compensation & benefits programs for a midtolargesized organization.
  • Postsecondary degree in Business Finance HR or a related field; Designation within an total rewards/compensation is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation and benefits data.
  • A resultsoriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
