FIT4LESS MANAGER
Who is a Fit4Less Manager
The Fit4Less Manager leads a team of club Associates to run a financially healthy club focused on cleanfriendly and automated experiences for both Members and Associates.
Job Summary:
Manages monitors and completes processes expectations and duties toensure a clean and safe club friendly associates and supports an automatedbrand.:
- Offers and ensures consistent friendly customer service.
- Completes and leads cleanliness duties using standards policiesprocesses and guidelines.
- Ensures club cleanliness practices and process expectations are beingmet to provide members and associates with a clean and safeenvironment.
- Leads and trains the handling of member concerns and resolves escalatedmember complaints.
- Identifies informs and uses effective action plans to solve club duties andprocesses that are not meeting expectation.
Manages direct reports and the people requirements of theDepartment/Team using provided tools and resources to ensure thesuccessful of all key responsibilities and tasks retention of greattalent and high Associate engagement.
- Facilitates recruitment of direct reports to ensure adequate resourcingbased on approved Department/Team budget.
- Leads the onboarding coaching learning development andperformance management of all direct reports to ensure a positive andsafe working experience.
Fulfills and ensures expectations resulting from action items andresponsibilities are completed including; but not exclusive to key initiativesadministrative duties emails calls and documentation processes.
Achieves revenue goals and controls expenses to reach provided budgets tofinancially manage their location effectively
Our Ideal Fit4Less Candidate:
- High School Diploma
- Experience leading training and motivatingteams.
- Experience exceeding individual and team salesgoals.
- Intermediate verbal communication skills.
- Written communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in the use ofcomputers/technology (e.g. Microsoftoffice/apps internet).
- Remains calm under pressure and can handle stress.
- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations andrequirements of both internal and external customer.
- Provides challenging tasks andassignments.
- Clearly assigns responsibility for tasks anddecisions.
- Creates a climate in which people want to do their best.
