Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Lead projects from endtoend: from understanding the background defining goals initiating user research prototyping engineering handoff and outcome tracking
- Promote a humancentered approach to solving problems with crossfunctional roles
- Develop and enrich the design system across the platform and ensure consistency
- Bring clarity to the product vision by translating business needs and product ideas into tangible UI/UX solutions and product direction
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Figma (including Auto Layout and componentbased design systems).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design feasibility considerations.
- Familiarity with optimizing designs for engineering handoff and implementation.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Basic understanding of accessibility guidelines.
- **Must submit a design portfolio for review.
