As an HR Intern in the Compensation & Benefits department you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various HR processes. This role will involve:
Assisting in all Digital initiatives within HR
Supporting benefits administration processes.
Participating in projects and initiatives related to employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic about learning and developing a career in HR.
