JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
Sr. Analyst works with Procure to Pay partners within a Supply Chain to align SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions with our needs. Will support the business processes associated with Purchasing Inbound Logistics Inventory Management Stock Transfers and Invoicing. Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of this industry to identify problems on an ongoing basis. Be the project team member. Directly work with business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors) to clarify our priorities with consultants support. Will work within the most updated SAP cloud technology build upon your SAP S4 Fashion knowledge and gain experience in the technological ecosystem of a mature SAP environment.
EXPERIENCE:
7 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Materials Management (MM)
3 years experience implementing SAP MM in a fashion company with an endtoend project either through SAP AFS FMS or S4 Fashion.
Experience with design and deployment of business processes associated Purchasing Contracts / Outline Agreements Purchase Pricing Inventory Management Stock Transfers Inbound Logistics Invoice Management.
Good understanding on how SAP supply chain processes integrate with external planning logistics and warehouse management systems.
Experience working with other supply chain products like Infor Nexus or WMS systems and integrating them with SAP desirable.
Work both independently and in a teamoriented collaborative environment is necessary .
Must be able to meet deadlines of a dynamic growing business.
Work with senior partners to capture detailed requirements and find solutions.
Understanding of technical components required to support business processes including integration effort within different functional tracks.
Knowledge of associated S4/Hana FIORI Tiles Launch Pad Transactional apps Personas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Validate new business requirements with the Supply Chain business operation lead and perform the requirement analysis.
Design configure build and test functional solutions that meet business needs and align with crossfunctional requirements.
Serve as the functional lead for global projects managing crossfunctional teams.
Manage the endtoend delivery of solutions including design testing UAT support and cutover activities.
Serve as the primary escalation point for PTP functional areas managing issues and ensuring resolution.
Act as a liaison between business operations and technical teams ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Lead project meetings provide updates and ensure project teams remain on track.
EDUCATION:
BS or Engineering Degree required.
SKILLS:
Knowledge of SAP Materials Management in S4 Fashion or SAP AFS or FMS.
Must be a team player can work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment with good upward and downward management skills.
