What Youll Do:
- Establish and lead operational excellence as the firstever Practice Manager at our clinic.
- Inspire and develop a cohesive team fostering collaboration professional growth and a shared vision for success.
- Oversee all aspects of hospital operations including staffing scheduling training and performance management.
- Partner with the practice owner to enhance our services optimize workflows and grow the hospital.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure an outstanding experience for pets and their families.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience preferably in veterinary medicine or a similar servicefocused field.
- A passion for team development communication and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
