About the Project
We are partnering with a leading digital agency from the UK on multiple web and content management projects. As they continue to grow we are looking for a Senior Optimizely Developer / Tech Lead to join our team and take ownership of the technical direction for key client engagements. Youll work with an international team to deliver highperformance websites and digital solutions built with Optimizely.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and architecture of web solutions using Optimizely (formerly Episerver).
- Work closely with client stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
- Ensure code quality best practices and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate in sprint planning estimation and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest in Optimizely and .NET technologies to guide the team effectively.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of digital platforms and integrations.
Requirements / Skills
- 5 years of experience in .NET development with strong handson experience in Optimizely.
- Proven experience in leading development teams or acting as a technical lead.
- Deep understanding of CMS architecture custom module development and integrations.
- Experience working in agile environments with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or above).
- Experience working with international clients or teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a bonus.
