Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate market conditions and competition to develop and execute effective sales strategies that increase revenue.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing strategic sales plans and ensure achievement of organisational objectives.
- Coordinate seamlessly with all departments to maximise cooperation productivity and guest service.
- Manage motivate and develop the sales team ensuring they are wellinformed of department objectives and trained in safety procedures.
- Oversee financial aspects of sales operations identifying costeffective resource utilisation.
- Stay updated on industry events and opportunities to enhance sales of hotel facilities.
Qualifications :
