Job Description
Were looking for an Enterprise Client Executive to work with Doktortakvimis rapidly expanding network of hospitals building strong business relationships by engaging directly with their management teams. This person will report to our Head of Customer Success. If youre ready to make an impact in the healthcare industry this role is for you!
What Awaits You
Building longterm business relationships with corporate clients
Periodically visiting corporate clients to enhance customer loyalty
Being aware of client needs and providing highquality service by offering effective solutions
Managing renewal and upsell processes
Qualifications :
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Customer Service.
Strong attention to detail.
Enjoy working with Excel and reports.
Confidence in planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication empathy and persuasion skills.
Previous sales experience.
A creative energetic and resultsoriented work style.
Open to business travel
