Here at The Dental House we are passionate about making all appointments as stressfree and pleasant as possible. We offer a whole range of treatments all the way from teeth whitening and facial aesthetics to composite bonding and dental implants everything under one roof!
- Fulltime hours available 40.75 hours per week
- Typical shifts are between 8am and 5.30pm but there is flexibility in this
About you
We welcome your application to our Business Development Manager vacancy if you have a background as a Treatment Coordinator or a similar role in the Dental sector and have the following skills and qualifications:
- To direct and coordinate the practices Business Development Strategy responsible for identifying new business development to drive sales and opportunities short medium and long term planning cycle with monthly quarterly and annual reporting.
- To provide motivational and inspirational leadership for The Dental House and all staff across the business. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team creating and planning business strategy and KPI metrics overseeing its effective implementation across all parts of the organisation.
- To continually review all strengths opportunities failures and threats of the business for meetings in order to drive improvement aligned to CQC and GDC Standards across the group and business.
- Prioritise activities which will surpass the business plan goals and delegate appropriately to maximise the productivity of the team.
- To lead with the team in order to maximise diary occupancy identifying whitespace in the diary and quick responses to ensure 100 chair utilisation within practice.
- To ensure that all team members are trained to a high standard with regular reviews appraisals and performance tracking.
- To direct and coordinate the practice marketing branding PR events (Open Days and Referral Evenings) and communication activities (newsletters) overseeing the development and delivery of a fully integrated Marketing Strategy for the business.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth strategy and expanding our market presence.
