If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than The Crescent Clinic in Dublin.
This opportunity is on fixed term basis (maternity cover) for a minimum of 6 months.
40 hours per week available Monday Friday 8am to 5pm.
Crescent Dental Clinic located in the heart of Dublin is a well established dental practice serving the local community for many years. We are proud to have won practice of the year at the Irish Dentistry Awards 2024.
At Crescent Dental Clinic we have a fantastic clinical team of 6 clinicians including a facial pain specialist and a radiologist.
Our vision is simple: we put our patients at the heart of everything we do.
Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth increase revenue opportunities and operate the effective daytoday financial management and logistics of the practice.
About you:
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g. retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
