Job Description
Doka Philippines is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team and support the companys ongoing national expansion. The suitable candidate will be a qualified natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.
This position requires someone who understands the Formwork and Scaffolding and can manage formwork assembly and instruct & guide local job site workers with the appropriate way of assembly of Doka formwork products at jobsites across the Philippines.
Your responsibilities
Formwork onsite supervision and instruction
- You verify drawing/technical specification both from customers side and Doka Preliminary and drawings and coordinate with respective design engineers for discrepancy.
- Monitor and review the correctness of all Bill of Materials prior to start of pickups/deliveries to avoid complain of delays and discrepancy.
- You provide training workshop and onsite supervision (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork
- You monitor the correct use of equipments at jobsite while ensuring that the customer/ client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork.
- You troubleshoot technical problems at jobsite and execute formwork solutions.
- You are required to visit job site(s) on regular basis and attend site meetings with assigned projects/customers to ensure smooth coordination delivery and installation.
Site Project Management
- You monitor the progress of projects are delivered on time with accuracy of materials. You also flag any delay to clients and Doka
- You can identify potential risk (low/medium/high) risk of the project and proactively discuss with Client on solutions
- You prepare and submit daily site reports to flag all risks with clients acknowledgement
- You provide customer feedback to Doka so that the company can continually improve
Others
- You support the warehouse inventory checks refurbishment quality checks etc.
- any other tasks assigned by your superior

- Willingness to travel and be mobile.
- Must have Philippine working visa / Filipino citizen
Additional Information :
Location: This position will be based in Muntinlupa Philippines
- Must possess at least a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Having a valid drivers license and owning a car is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in system formwork/scaffolding.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Basic IT skills (i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Certification in Scaffolding Training is an advantage.
- Strong project followthrough and proactive nature.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a resultsdriven fastpaced environment.
- Handson mentality engaged personality and confident attitude.
- Ability to work in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment and with external stakeholders.
- Resilient with attention to detail strong problemsolving and analytical skills and a strong drive to succeed.
- Honest and punctual.
- Ability to speak Tagalog is an advantage.
