Job Description

ISN Corp is seeking Performance/Data Analysts to support the operations of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) program. 

Functional Responsibilities:

 

    • Planning and Development of Evaluation Tools: Develops a strong monitoring and evaluation plan consistent with the DOJ and OCDETF frameworks. Coordinates the collection of data including conducting field visits for data validation.
    • Analysis and Evaluation of Data: Monitors the quality and completeness of data sets contributes to the development of the program and documents project performance against established indicators. Monitors the administration of the project plans as assigned evaluates project performance in relation to the established goals objectives and performance indicators. Identifies conditions and/or activities which do not conform to laws regulations contractual requirements or policies and provides corrective recommendations to the staff. Conducts a broad range of research analysis evaluation and fact findings of complex counternarcotic and criminal justice intelligence programs nationwide and develops solutions and implementation strategies for improving them.

 

    • Reporting of Research Findings: Prepares written reports and analysis of research findings. Coordinates and/or contributes to the preparation of concept papers and design documents for fieldbased evaluations desk reviews and special studies. Selects data collection and analysis methods drafts evaluation scopes of work and terms of reference for contractor participation.

 

    • Data Management: Coordinates the efforts of teams in Washington and the field to establish define and track statistical data measuring performance of counternarcotic and organized criminal justice programs. Ensures that resources are effectively and efficiently applied to the attainment of OCDETF project goals and objectives.
       

 


Qualifications :

Experience in planning and developing datadriven evaluation tools.

Expertise in statistics and analysis of data to identify and evaluate results.

Experience in conducting complex research.

Exceptional written and oral communications abilities dealing in complex and technical information.

Experience in managing taskspecific teams.

**Performance/Data Analyst III requires a TS clearance when performance starts

 

Education: 

Performance Data Analyst I Bachelors degree OR 4 years experience

Performance/Data Analyst II Bachelors degree AND 2 years experience

Performance Data/Analyst III Bachelors degree and 6 years experience OR Masters degree and 4 years experience

Performance/Data Analyst IV Bachelors degree and 8 years experience OR Masters degree and 6 years experience
