Job Description
Position Summary
Coordinate with the Acquisition Team to ensure smooth lead transition from initial engagement to profiling.
Issue a behavioral test to prospective leads to assess their financial responsibility and risk profile.
Conduct an assessment interview to evaluate the applicants ability to pay and willingness to pay.
Ensure applicants meet internal eligibility criteria before proceeding with leasing or financing.
Identify and report any suspicious activities or fraudulent documentation.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer evaluations.
Ensure all required documents are properly filed and stored for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences Data Science Statistics Economics or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in an evaluation research or data analysis role
- Strong experience with data collection statistical analysis and reporting
- Careful attention to detail in data collection analysis and reporting.
- High standards for data quality ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the evaluation process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) particularly for creating reports and presentations.
