Manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route phone calls emails and inquiries
Maintain front office cleanliness and appearance
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Support daytoday administrative tasks (filing data entry document handling)
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist in organizing company events or meetings
