We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our experienced team. As a Backend Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining the backend systems of our software products. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and programming languages and will be expected to contribute to the design and architecture of our systems while working closely with the rest of the engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a solid foundation in backend software engineering and gain valuable experience in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.

What youll do:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems
• Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to ensure that the infrastructure is designed and implemented in a way that is consistent with overall architectural goals
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues including identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs
• Stay uptodate with industry best practices and new technologies

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• 45 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend development in highscale environments.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining scalable distributed systems with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python Java Go and experience with RESTful APIs GraphQL or gRPC.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and infrastructure tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes Terraform).
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization with experience using both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis).
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen eye for debugging complex issues and optimizing performance.
• Clear and effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Datadriven decisionmaking mindset with a passion for leveraging AI automation and analytics to solve complex challenges.
